The following information is designed to help you make an informed choice as to the most appropriate dispensing solution for your product.

It is very important that relevant product compatibility testing is undertaken prior to specifying any of the dispensing solution options available.

The different dispensing options can be divided into the following categories.

These closures are available in either smooth or ribbed style. The choice of closure style depends entirely on aesthetic preference, there being no functional difference between the two styles of closure. 

They also feature lock up or lock down options.

The lock down option generally provides a more compact appearance when in the locked position. The lock up option means the dispenser can be locked cleanly without discharging any product.

Additional Lotion Dispenser Info:

• • • Usually used for dispensing gels, creams, lotions and sauces
    • Different outputs ranging from 1ml to 30ml
    • Different actuators available
    • Aluminium over shell in either silver or gold, shiny or matt for added value eye-catching shelf appeal

Treatment Pump Info:

• • • Smaller outputs than lotion dispensers (0.2-0.5ml)
    • Usually used for dispensing cosmetic creams, gels and lotions

Finger Sprayer Info:

• • • Usually used for dispensing liquids
    • Screw on or crimp on
    • Aluminium over shell in either silver or gold, shiny or matt for added value eye-catching shelf appeal
    • Smooth Closure or ribbed closure
    • Different outputs ranging from 0.05 to 0.5ml

Mini Trigger Sprayer Info:

• • • Usually used for dispensing liquids
    • Available in 20mm 410 and 24mm 410 with integral safety clip and output of 0.25ml
    • 360 degree sprayer option available which makes it possible to spray from any angle to get into those awkward places

Foam Pump Info:

• • • Usually used for foaming products
    • Creates a smooth, rich foam that improves application of hand, face, body and hair products
    • Instant foaming for an invigorating and luxurious user experience
    • Main sizes include 24mm, 30mm, 42mm and 43mm, suitable for PET and HDPE bottles

Disc Top Cap Info:

• • • Usually used for dispensing personal care products such as gels creams and lotions
    • Normally used on ‘squeezy’ plastic bottles. Not normally used on glass bottles or thick walled plastic bottles which are not squeezable
    • Available in specification 18mm 410, 18mm 415, 20mm 410, 20mm 415, 24mm 410, 24mm 415, 28mm 410 and 28mm 415
    • Available with aluminium over shell in either silver or gold, shiny or matt for added value eye-catching shelf appeal
    • Convenient design offers the possibility to dispense product using only one hand

Flip Top Cap Info:

• • • Used in a wide range of markets such as Personal Care and Food and Beverage for dispensing gels, creams, lotions and sauces
    • Available in specification 18mm 410, 18mm 415, 20mm 410, 20mm 415, 24mm 410, 24mm 415, 28mm 410, 28mm 415, 33mm 400 and 38mm 400
    • Can be supplied with tamper evident induction liner in larger sizes normally used for food products

Flip Open Close Cap Info:

• • • Used in a wide range of markets such as Personal Care and Food and Beverage for dispensing gels, creams, lotions and sauces
    • Available in 24mm 410 and 28mm 410 specifications

Twist Open Close Cap Info:

• • • Used in a wide range of markets including Personal Care, Food and Beverage, Household and Industrial (including adhesives)
    • Available in 20mm / 410, 24 mm / 400, 24mm / 410 and 28mm / 410 specifications

Snip Tip Cap Info:

• • • Used in a wide range of markets including Personal Care, Food and Beverage and Household and Industrial (including adhesives)
    • Available in 24 mm 410 and 28mm 410 specifications
