It is very important that relevant product compatibility testing is undertaken prior to specifying any of the dispensing solution options available

The different dispensing options can be divided into the following categories:

Lotion Dispensers

Closures are available in either smooth or ribbed style. The choice of closure style depends entirely on aesthetic preference, there being no functional difference between the two styles of closure:

Lock up or lock down options.

The Lock Down option generally provides a more compact appearance. The Lock Up option means the dispenser can be locked cleanly without discharging any product

Disc Top Caps

• Used for dispensing personal care products such as gels creams and lotions
• Normally used on ‘squeezy’ plastic bottles. Not normally used on glass bottles or thick walled plastic bottles which are not squeezable

Flip Top Caps

Used in a wide range of markets such as Personal Care and Food and Beverage for dispensing gels, creams, lotions and sauces

Available in specification 18mm 410, 18mm 415, 20mm 410, 20mm 415, 24mm 410, 24mm 415, 28mm 410, 28mm 415, 33mm 400 and 38mm 400

Can be supplied with tamper evident induction liner in larger sizes normally used for food products

Flip Open Close Caps

Used in a wide range of markets such as Personal Care and Food and Beverage for dispensing gels, creams, lotions and sauces

Twist Open Close Caps
